Hi @Trance and sorry to hear this issue is still persisting 😕

I'm afraid your only option here is to reinstall the game app. Once you have done that, you should be able to sign in, and then you should also be able to find your Game ID.

Are you playing from Russia as a lot of internet services are not currently available it could be effecting you but I can't say that for sure

Can you access other sites using your internet as if you can then that shouldn't effect your BW3 game connection 👍⭐
