Hi @PrettyBubbles. I 'm finding it very restrictive in Wake up the Tree too. I find that, by the time I've left a level, my team has completed the challenge and I get the following screen, from which I can't escape and so I have to force close my game.

Hi @CassD Yes I am not a fan of the locked in part I think you should be able to go in and out if you choose to but at least you don't loose your progress or your golden tickets or magic hats also you can still play wake the tree if you select the flowers with either owls, the ghost or clear any colours
Along the way if I remember rightly you collect 8 different boosters
And yes what bad timing with the amazing team challenge taking place 😪 which I agree is a far better event to be playing 💓

I am on a particularly tough run of levels without many boosters or GB and so it looks as though I'm going to be stuck in this for three weeks without the possibility of playing any previous levels to give some light relief.
I don't think these events, like Ambyr's Wedding, should be forced upon us with no way out, especially when they ruin things like @johamilton's team event, which will be much more fun.

Yes I have the penny event and it is going really good right now I am having fun running through my levels pretty easy😁 the event allows you to play your current levels but they seem to be easier or maybe it's just me 😂 but I like it so far I'll tell you more after I play more I have ran through a lot of the forest

The event runs for 21 days so you can play it or let it time out
It is a lock in event but very enjoyable you don't loose progress or golden tickets and you can still play the tree
I recommend you select tiles that clear any colours, clear owls or free the ghosts as they are type of levels available
I have just finished it and it's very well produced you will pick up lots of booster and free play along the journey👍⭐
I 100% Agee with sybergypsy. These 21 day events are stupid. I am forced fir 21 days to play other games till it goes back to normal.
KING needs to make them optional instead of pissing the players off like this. Not 1 of the friends I know that plays this game likes them. Please listen to the players either give us an option or don't do these evens....
How do you exit the stupid summons and go back to the normal game with out going to the new world event!!!!!
Yaaay guys I have just completed the penny event and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it
Yes it's a lock in which I am not a fan of but you don't loose your game process on your current levels as they are included in the event along with some random levels
You also don't loose the ability to earn your golden hats and you still collect your golden tickets.
Also you can still play wake the tree my advice there is select flowers with either lead the ghost, clear the owls or clear any colours as they are nature of these levels
So basically it doesn't take anything away unless you want to just re play old levels
You will also along the way pick up 8 different boosters, stardust and free playing time not bad for a free event
Join in you will be pleasantly surprised the story is amazing expecialy when you reach the end 👍⭐
