Hey guys, is anyone else experiencing this on the rewards page...or lack of rewards i should say?! (see screenshot)
Any idea what's going on @PrettyBubbles @johamilton ? I've force closed the app and cleared cache but it's still the same 🤔

When I raised it more than once our cm advised to go to customer services
Please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services
First you will receive an automated reply please reply back to this and explain again Also explain you have already tried all trouble shooting steps here in the community so we have refered you to them as there is no more we can do here in the community

You can check in your app store or play store from time to time as sometimes the update does not update automatically
You can find the latest version by going into your phones settings then apps menu then select bw3 then scroll down
Currently we are on version
9.4.2.0

“… iPhone …”With regard to ‘clearing cache’ …

Since we in previous messages established, as shown above, that iPhone and iPad do not have a ‘clear cache’ option, I’d propose that not to be communicated as suggested solution as it will just confuse users. For me, a previously suggested ‘work-around’ to this was, to ‘Delete the App’ is also not an option as i fear i will be worse off after re-install (even though i have game progress saved)!
With regard to ‘iPhone 10’ …
There is no mention of specific hardware requirement for BubbleWitch3 that i could find. IMHO there are few games for mobile devices that have hardware requirements. Software requirement is called out as it needing at minimum iOS 12.0.0 and respectively iPadOS 12.0.0.
iOS 12 runs on iPhone 5S, 6, and newer …

I suppose the moderator team would benefit by having better support from ‘The Studio’ and ‘The Studio’ should make available to you at no cost devices for you to use in addition to, or instead of, your own personal-use ones, … PC, MAC, iPhone, iPad, Kindle, etc. … to see, test, and potentially replicate what users see and experience.

Hi my friend the reason clearing cache is included in our trouble shooting steps is because overloaded cache can cause many issues with many apps
Freezing, lagging, updates not coming through and many more
As you should now only be playing on a mobile device android 10 and above or iPhone 10 or above cache can be cleared on both devices
Here is how 👇
iPhone
Tap on the Settings icon and then choose General. Tap on the section iPhone Storage. Shortly, all apps and their storage usage will be listed. Choose the app for which you wish to clear the cache.
Android
Open the settings menu, select apps then scroll down to bw3 select storage and from here you can clear cache
Hope this helps as you can perform it with any apps you use should you wish to 💓

I am sorry; I do not understand why this is given over and over as part of a solution when in fact you cannot clear game cache on all devices as previously pointed out!?
And since you / King hawk this as one, of consistently varying odd solutions, then ‘The Studio’ should simply build this into the app to activate via a ‘button’, and with that become an option on all user devices and operating systems.

Hi @PrettyBubbles 👋 thank you for investigating 😁 The ads have completely gone again since it was happening yesterday. So yesterday was the first time i had any ads for about 6 months, but they weren't working properly and now they're gone again 🤦♂️
I've no idea if i had the rewards from Star Cats, because it flashed up then disappeared, i couldn't even click on it to receive them. Plus i didn't get any extra minutes, which i should've because that's in the rewards as well. So thinking about it i probably didn't get them at all 😭

Sometimes it has to be done over a couple of updates if it is a large quantity fix
Hopefully we will receive another soon

Hi my friend sorry you are experiencing these issues but please be assured we do listen and raise issues for our players it then goes into the hands of our studio who will work on a fix some are lot more complex than others but all issues do get raised 💓
Ridiculous, not only is the star cat seasons awards not working, it's also stopping the chance of rewards finishing a level. Do we even matter when we aren't listened to or getting this fixed?

Everyone is saying to get the update from the App Store and that would fix the problem however I did that and the rewards are still blank. I’m over it

There is a problem right now. Please go to the Contact Us page and let them know your prizes were not there and show them the page. If you do not get a specific answer on the response, go back with the same thing and let them know you did not get your prizes.🤗

Thanks for replying, but the issue is at the beginning of a new round which only started today after the previous one finished. I got all my rewards for that one.
The above screenshot was what it was like before any rewards were even won this round.
at least you're seeing the Star Cats...
Some unable to claim rewards and some not even seeing them and yet some have no issues so it is very topsy-turvy right now
Could you please try by selecting the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services
If you here nothing back or a referral back to community then stay firm and let them know we have refered you so there is no point in going back to the community

I just tried to reply but it needs approving for some inexplicable reason. This happens a lot, and sometimes my replies never get published even though there's nothing wrong with them.
This is why we still need PM's, so we can actually communicate when the board won't let us, especially when there's an issue with the game.

I told you it would be useless @PrettyBubbles , the first email they sent asked for more information, see screenshot number one. I replied back providing everything they needed, plus told them i'd already been on the community without success, and said everything you told me to.
So instead of then giving me a fix or an answer on how to fix it they send this email, which makes no sense whatsoever when they know full well the community can't help. See screenshot number two.
It's as if they've sent those emails the wrong way around 🙄
Aaaaand they've just sent another email, an exact replica of screenshot number two 😡
What's the point of it when they just completely ignore the information you're giving them? :/

That bit was in brackets @PrettyBubbles , the sentence was 'there really is no point, they always do this to me' - meaning, it's not worth me replying again to them because it's the same every time there's an issue, they've never ever responded properly, only generic emails telling me to ask the community when it's very obvious i already have.
