I am sorry; I do not understand why this is given over and over as part of a solution when in fact you cannot clear game cache on all devices as previously pointed out!?
And since you / King hawk this as one, of consistently varying odd solutions, then ‘The Studio’ should simply build this into the app to activate via a ‘button’, and with that become an option on all user devices and operating systems.

Hi my friend the reason clearing cache is included in our trouble shooting steps is because overloaded cache can cause many issues with many apps
Freezing, lagging, updates not coming through and many more
As you should now only be playing on a mobile device android 10 and above or iPhone 10 or above cache can be cleared on both devices
Here is how 👇
iPhone
Tap on the Settings icon and then choose General. Tap on the section iPhone Storage. Shortly, all apps and their storage usage will be listed. Choose the app for which you wish to clear the cache.
Android
Open the settings menu, select apps then scroll down to bw3 select storage and from here you can clear cache
Hope this helps as you can perform it with any apps you use should you wish to 💓

With regard to ‘clearing cache’ …

Since we in previous messages established, as shown above, that iPhone and iPad do not have a ‘clear cache’ option, I’d propose that not to be communicated as suggested solution as it will just confuse users. For me, a previously suggested ‘work-around’ to this was, to ‘Delete the App’ is also not an option as i fear i will be worse off after re-install (even though i have game progress saved)!
With regard to ‘iPhone 10’ …
There is no mention of specific hardware requirement for BubbleWitch3 that i could find. IMHO there are few games for mobile devices that have hardware requirements. Software requirement is called out as it needing at minimum iOS 12.0.0 and respectively iPadOS 12.0.0.
iOS 12 runs on iPhone 5S, 6, and newer …

I suppose the moderator team would benefit by having better support from ‘The Studio’ and ‘The Studio’ should make available to you at no cost devices for you to use in addition to, or instead of, your own personal-use ones, … PC, MAC, iPhone, iPad, Kindle, etc. … to see, test, and potentially replicate what users see and experience.

Hello @PrettyBubbles, Thank you for your efforts but nothing has changed for me since my previous post…still stuck with an empty free rewards page …no updates, still at 64 on the Master's league, and no rewards, and I am now playing game 9063 of chapter 455…btw how do we check the status of our update?

We are hoping for another update this week
You can check in your app store or play store from time to time as sometimes the update does not update automatically
You can find the latest version by going into your phones settings then apps menu then select bw3 then scroll down
Currently we are on version
9.4.2.0

Hello @PrettyBubbles, I have cleared my BWS3 game cache as suggested, and that has fixed things…and the Starcats game finished icon has disappeared as has the blank rewards bit….It sure does pay to read your responses to people’s issues…I did not realise the was such a thing as a game cache and the problems it could cause….Thankyou so much…
