Hi,
I hope someone can help, if possible. I seem to have inadvertently lost my game. I just realised that i wasn't logged in to my game, so did it because i was having trouble on a level so needed to log out and back in to see if it fixed the problem.
When i did log in a completely different profile pic was there (not mine) but the name, chapter and level were right, but my boosters were gone. Now i'm getting little pop ups like when you're a newbie, the pop ups that give you a little bit of advice on how to play the game. I also worry that my ID number is now different.
My original ID is 8814818590
Can this ^ be recovered
Edit: ID is now showing as 8877713727, and i've no idea how this happened. I've only got one game account, so what's going on?

Hi there, it's with a King account. I'm honestly lost as to what's happened.
@PD987 Hi, If it was a Facebook account your game could of connected to wrong profile. As you have said you profile picture missing are you sure you did not have a facebook account.
If you have a different game ID does mean you have logged in with different account details. As this would never change. If you cannot remember the details of this only the game ID. you would need to contact customer support to see if they could help with your issue
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Problems with game - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
You will get an automated response please reply to this help needed and you should here back from them in around 3 days

I'm not on Facebook, and i've only got the one account. I'm wondering if it's something to do with my community account here. I use the same email to log in to both, but my username is different on here. But that shouldn't make a difference, because as i said the email address is used for the game and here.
Thanks for the advice, but i'm not messaging support ever again. I tried that when i first joined because i had a problem and i received around 5 emails back all saying the same thing "ask the community". The support system on here is less than useless tbh, if it wasn't for people like you on the community we'd be lost, so thanks again.👍

So if the two things aren't connected then the problem is the game. I logged in with the only email and password i've ever had or used with my game account, The fact that it's lost my boosters, gold doors, etc is an issue that i can't see being resolved, not to mention the completely different ID number.
I understand what you're saying regards support, but when it's impossible to get a reply from them except for the usual "ask the community" what's the point?
Maybe a Community Manager can help by getting in touch with support directly, something we can't do.
