Hmmm @ddgarringer That is unusual as your boosters are saved to your device so there is no reason why you should of lost them
Our studio is not available at the moment so I can't look into this further so please use the contact us tab at the bottom of this page explain to our support team what happened when you started your phone I am sure they will compensate you something for good will they are very helpful

I sent this email to them Hi there I lost all of my boosters I don’t know what happen they disappeared I’m sad because I need them stay in the game at this level I know I can’t get them back because I didn’t purchase them I work hard for them l didn’t notice it until I woke up the tree 😩
