my game have error.. and now can't load the game..

the messege like this..

Bubble Witch 3 Saga is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Hereโ€™s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    Sorry you are experiencing this problem

    I need first to ask some questions

    What device are you using

    What platform do use to play the game

    Do you have Facebook attached

    Did you download the game from you app store if so what app store do you use

    More information provided below:

    Using PC

    Windows 10

    Facebook is not attached

    I googled King.com and downloaded the game from there.

    I hope you can assist me with this issue,

    Hi team, I'm having the same issue - also since 29 October. Same error message: Bubble Witch 3 Saga is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    I've logged out of the Microsoft Store and back in again. Repaired and reset the Microsoft Store, but still getting the same error message when I try to launch BW3S.

    PC / Windows 11 / Facebook not attached / Pre-loaded on laptop and updated via Microsoft Store

    Can you please screenshot the message and post it here for me along with your game ID and I will raise this for you.

    I will need to pass a visual of the message on when I raise it

    I can't promise we can resolve it as you all say the message tells you you are not signed in to Microsoft yet you all know you are but let me check on our end for you and we can take it from there

    Our studio will return tommorow and I will come back as soon as receive feedback ๐Ÿ‘โญ
