Hi
On the game i am given a new team to wake up the magic tree.
But since yesterday... when it´s time to select the flower to complete the task it freezes and no flowers show, only the green squares.
And I have to turn off the game and back on because it freezes permanently there.
I´m playing on a PC.
Any news/thoughts?

Please use these trouble-shooting steps for Windows 10 to help to resolve any underlying technical issues which may be impacting your game:
Please also check you have the most recent game version installed in your Windows Store. You can do this by following the steps below:
- Open your Windows Store
- Click on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner
- Choose 'Downloads and Updates'
- Click on 'Get Updates'. If any updates are available here they’ll begin to install automatically. If the game doesn’t show up then there are no updates required.
As a last resort, please reinstall the game app on your device.
Please note that any unsaved game progress, saved messages or boosters will be lost by uninstalling the app. This will also reset your progress in any features or challenges you're playing.
You can uninstall the app by searching for the game name in your ‘Search’ bar on your PC. When you see it appear, right-click on the name. From here, please choose ‘Uninstall’ from the list of options.
To reinstall, simply search for this again in your Windows Store.
O.K. I asked you because if you play into facebook, the platform stops supporting some games as time passes.
But you said that you play using downloaded app and you also said that your problem is resolved, so everything is fine.
So glad BrunoGay that is it working ok now. There might have been an update that fixed it for you. glad you are back playing.

Hi @BrunoGay Welcome yes unfortunately our tree is a little temperamental and can at times take a couple of times of closing down before it appears normal again

yeah the tree does seem temperamental... and this player sometimes (very ogften) is your typical cliche Taurus... also temperamental no patience to wait wants everything done yesterday... LOL
I need to take a chill pill sometimes, just waits a few moments and then the game glitches get solved by updates cause the teams are on it all the time.
I´m such a Astrology Walking cliche, it´s embaraasing! He He

Thanks for your comment! As I said to @PrettyBubbles , commenting on their reply... I just need to take a chill pill sometimes and wait a little for these game bugs to get fixed as they usually are quickly spotted and solved by the technical teams.
LOL it´s embarassing I have still not learned to be a bit more patient in life, all these years down the line in life. He He
