I have been receiving this error message since this afternoon.

First check in your app store that you have no pending updates then clear the cache from your device settings the apps menu now log out and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you
You may have to repeat the progress 💓

I had performed the other steps numerous times with the exception of clearing the cache. It worked the first time.
