Missing all icons/items on left of screen

I am using a Fire tablet. About 8-10 days ago all the items to the left of the screen vanished (race, contests, etc). I have logged out, waited and logged back in, cleared cache, rebooted device and they still don't show up. Right side items are still there. I'm still getting regular rewards from right side items, but there are no options on the left except an occasional icon for the chest and key challenge that soon disappears.
Any other ideas?

Sorry you having this problem. We had an update in the game last Friday. If you will check for the update on your app, then do a reset again. ๐ค

the update level Amazon has is 7.39.18
I don't see anywhere to update it in my Fire or the Amazon website.

I downloaded the app from Amazon onto a Fire tablet where it has never been installed (so it had no data or cache) and the icons on the left are still missing. Perhaps Amazon has not received the update or has a faulty update?
ah, well at least it will save me some money. Possibly save a lot of Amazon customers money...

I am sorry, I really don't know how the Fire tablet works. So I have a few questions ~
On your Fire tablet, doing thru Amazon for the download, is that the only way you can play games?
Another words can you download from say Google?

Unfortunately, Google Play and Amazon Fires don't work well together. One has to root the Fire and make them plain Android devices and that voids the warranty. Oh well, that's how life goes sometimes.

So I re-read this and you are missing the occasional chest and key in the game. Can you take a screenshot for me please, so I can compare a full screen to your screen. I would apprecaite it. ๐ค

not quite correct, I get the chest and key but nothing else. There is to be a race of some other contest over there. Or is there nothing there for everyone right now? Here's image from Google that shows two icons in the left

Hi my friend with all our events they are not permanent features as they are not rolled out to everyone at the same time so our studio will ocasionaly perform a reshuffle so as other players can enjoy them
However, in your case if my memory serves me right we don't any longer support amazon downloads in regards to recieving any further updates after version 7.39.18
You can however still play but you won't receive the up to date versions that come along or any fixes that may be produced
Our latest update is 7.40.17
In order to get the best performance you need to be using Windows 10 or above on a pc or android mobile 9 or above or apple ios 11 or above
I will however double check this information for you ๐

it would have been nice if you had made an official announcement like you did for IOS. In the pinned posts of that is truly the case. Is it possible for you to verify this and then make the post?
