I know how to handle the tree, usually but my game just froze after 8 days of inactivity when I tried to wake it up. Once upon a time I was very far in my game … I had to uninstall it on my old device due to lack of memory. BW3 was the only game where I had to start from the beginning, despite logging in with my account. Doesn't matter … back to the tree. The screenshot shows the moment when I can't do, move or tap anything in my game and have to close it.

Hi my friend yes occasionally the tree does get a connection blip its best to close it and leave it while it does always correct itself turning your device off can also help 💓

It was not my intention to ignore you. I just wasn't here or hopped in and out of the Community. But sorry, I can't help you since I am no Community Manager or Game Moderator. I'm just an occasional player with problems. So I am an alien from planet CCFS or FHS or completely alien JJ.
