Stuck on Moon League Finished screen.
The Moon League I was in finished yesterday, and I claimed and apparently got my rewards. When I go back to the game now, it goes to the league screen and gives me the continue button at the bottom. When I hit that, I get the "Claim" box, and I hit the claim button. Then it goes back to the league screen with the continue button at the bottom () image below)
My problem is the button does nothing when I hit it and I cannot get past this screen. The list of players will still scroll and sound is still on, so the game is not locked up.

I too have noticed that the screen freezes when the league scores are being displayed!! But, it was a while ago and I kind of got fed up and stopped playing when the leagues were on! Now, I am not seeing any leagues at all from past couple of months!!
Let's try some trouble shooting steps and see if that helps with the freezing issue! Can you tell me which device you are using to play the game, so that I can give you a proper link that contains trouble shooting steps.

It's hard to log off when the game is stuck on a screen... I did force close the app and wait, which may or may not have logged me off. When I go back in the same thing happens.

Hi,
I have Huawei y5 2019 and have this problem in arcane league and game freezes after pressing claim for the reward.
No answer to be found here or by support!

Hi @mystydaye Sorry to here that how about you first try closing the game check for updates and then turn your device off and on play one level then repeat this should reset it for you.
