On level 8 in Rachel’s special game, the purple squares keep disappearing and going back to blank, it’s really annoying, nearly complete the round and all is a sudden purple squares have gone ! is this a glitch ?

problems with the new update
Since I updated my game, to version: 1.36.5, I'm having problems with my game, every time I open the game it appears at level 1560, and I'm already reaching level 2500. Then every time I have to configure the game in order to get back to the right level. Can anyone help me solve this problem?
