New phone. Lost all power ups and Jelly Queen progress
I just got a new phone and installed and restored my game through Facebook. I didn't receive the power ups I had on my other phone and I lost all me Jelly Queen progress, it started over. Is there anything that can be done?

I can not update the game to the last published version on Google play to play the Jellyqueen levels! My version is 1.27.7 . How can I get the latest version?

I still haven’t gotten the Jelly Queen
The Jelly Queen hasn’t appeared in my game yet. I have the most recent version of the iOS app. I have tried closing the app, turning off my phone and restarting it but it’s not working. When can I expect to see the event?

Special levels don't transfer
I've just finished the 10 levels for the new jelly queen character. However when I'm on my new phone it doesn't transfer that progress over. I understand that boosters can't be transfered but that kind of thing should be transferable... I had the same issue when the racoon character was released.

Now that I have my games straight, I thank you for that. As I've mentioned previously I'm not to computer savvy. I am getting bombarded with emails every 2 minutes. All the players commenting. Can you please help me with how to stop this ? Thanks. .....
