Missing prize from the Quest gold prize ending Jan 5, 2020
My iOS ID is 10174735823. I completed 10 quests winning gold. The prize box popped up on my screen stating I won gold and click to receive prize but I didn’t receive any prizes. Please help me get the prizes I earned.

Jelly Queen Challenge
I finished the Jelly Queen Challenge today but I did not got her on my roster. I completed all 10 levels but did not unlocked her. If I can remember correctly, I got 450/500 stickers. That's a bummer. Howcan I unlock the Jelly Queen? Thanks.

Hard Levels
Sometimes the levels are very hard that it can't be cleared without use of hammers. I am saying this by playing 100 times single level. What Should We Do in such cases?

I still don't have the Queen
I still don't have the Queen. I had her for a couple of hours, had to log out and she was gone. I have read all the fixes and i have uninstalled and reinstalled but in doing so I lost all my lollipop helpers and I am now back to 3 each. That really sucked.
