    Hello and welcome to the community @idila @bigbird @nanad, there is a bit of a glitch in the sending-receiving of lives at the moment, the team at the studio are aware of the issue and are currently working on the solution.. meanwhile I hope you have a devine day and enjoy exploring the friends saga page!

    Type your message I have Windows 10 and a King account. I can not use my Facebook account to play Candy Crush friends Saga.  My problem is I can not get lives but I have given lives a couple of times. I have about 40 friends but I can not figure out why I am not getting lives and only have a few request for lives from my friend list. Thanks for any help.

    Hi guys,

    I hope you're all getting ready for the holiday season :) I wanted to let you know that all issues with sending and receiving lives have been solved.

    If you are till experiencing issues, you need to, first, clear cache and cookies from your device and second, make sure you have the latest version installed. 

    Please if you still encounter any issue AFTER following these steps, let me know the following info: What device/platform you're using, what game version, what browser and what is exactly happening (which steps are you doing and so on).

    Hello @abdiga, making friends in this community is good but to get lives in your game you need to have more friends in FB and not here. .....
