Hi @TMcCauley I am sorry you are having an issue. What is the device this is happening on? Are you connected through data or Wi-Fi? Are you entering a password or is the device already connected with the Facebook app and its auto logging in? Have they been able to login before? Are you able to login with the Facebook app?
