Hi @Alice_90 - whatever you do don’t delete the app yet. This will lead to any boosters you have won being deleted as they are stored on your devices memory.

Yeah, I was helping her in the other link. Looks like she was having a bit trouble with finding the User ID. I have showed some pics how to look for it. Hope it will help her. Like we talked few days ago, it is good to wait to contact the CM's till we collect all the needed info. So that, they can immediately jump into the action!!
I'm really sorry about that. Just got it confirmed that at the moment, it's not meant to show how many Quests you've completed - That keeps you on your toes! But I'm going to check with the Team to see if there was an issue with the counting.
In the meantime, I'll add some goodies to your account as compensation. Can you guys give me your Game IDs?
@Alice_90 - You probably need to update your game version. We had an issue with that last week. Please make sure to update to 1.8.4 and that should work again Let us know!
