Bug Report - L382 the jam doesn't keep spreading

Done this level 40+ times now both on Android and iOS. Even if I clear the board of all the obstacles, use special candies (i.e combining them), I stay at 2/74 jam spread. Is this a known bug? Tried Yeti, Nutcracker and Tiffi. Misty is the only one that currently works.

I found the solution. Was me that didn't realize that in irder to "spread" the jam, I actually had to hit the jam source, i.e either left or right one.

Level 4602 the cherry in the top left corner stops and is stuck at the second square down.  Will not drop to the lower section to be exited.

I don't personally recall having an issue such as this on level 382. Have you made sure your game is the most up-to-date version? 🤔

Also sometimes it's helpful to clear your games cache out. If you don't know how to do this there are guides for it depending on which device you use for the game. 

I hope we can resolve your issue with this, and hope you have a crushtastic day!

P.S. I will tag our superstar @Pummy_Raj to see if she has some additional advice on this.

Sorry to say that we have not heard about this bug before!  Also, I wasn't clear whether you were able to pass the level or not!!    But please do check if your game is up to date or not, like my friend @SeraphicStar suggested.

After following those steps, close down all the Apps and restart your device.  This usually fixes all Glitches....If it did not help and the glitch occurs again, please post a screenshot which will help the team to look into the issue

Tried all the steps. I'm an Android and iOS power user so I've tried all the steps I could think of. Attaching screenshot.

Could you please confirm the App version you have installed? My guess is that you need to update the game so let's see if that's it.

If you do have the latest version, would you be able to maybe take a screen recording so that helps us investigate?

Oh yes that's one thing that makes this level challenging @iceblue1980 !

I recall having a fair deal of trouble on this particular level although I can't remember how many tries it took me...
