Why can't I receive lives from my friends

I need both of you to post your details in this MAIN thread, so that you will be added to the list:

I'm still having trouble with my game I'm not getting any life's of my friends and they are not getting any off me I've been having problems for over 4 days now or more
 My phone is Sony Xperia L1

Same here. Plus the game closed abruptly twice today, and Sincé the last update, it crashed 5 times before opening.
