Have New Levels Been Released for Mobile Yet?

Hello all, SeraphicStar here, and today I'm inquiring if new levels were released this week for mobile devices 🤔

I know new levels were released for PC as people have reached 1900 club here (only possible on PC) :

My game is still at 1840 pictured here:

I've checked for updates already and force closed the game several times. Considering it's now Saturday that's 4 days since the new levels should have been released (Note: I never had problems with getting the new levels on my old phone 🤔)

I'm wondering if anyone are experiencing or have experienced this issue in the past, and what you guys did to remedy the issue?

Try contacting king first click on contact us. You might send an be emai cc to Samsung and see what they say

Actually, I have not heard from anyone else that they have not received the new levels!!  My game had an update in last week ... Monday or Tuesday to be specific!!  Do you remember when you have installed the last update?

@hadis, have you cleared cache and cookies and updated to the latest game version? 
@SeraphicStar, you're playing on a Samsung Galaxy, right?

I am checking with our Game Studio as you should indeed have access to more levels. Really sorry for the inconvenience. I will keep you posted as soon as I have an update for you both.

Yeah 🎉  So happy you can play! Just in time for a great event coming... 😉

The thing is that the Galaxy store can have some delay with the updates and that's why you're not getting the new levels. If it happens again, the best is to reinstall the game from the Google Play store and you'll get the updates on time!

Hey @QueenMia , I have a question too.
Since I have Samsung Galaxy too, I noticed that the last update of Candy Crush Friends Saga in Google Play was in September 16.

Also, in Facebook, I noticed that the new levels had been already realised (September 25)  so I was wondering if I can reboot my phone or do something else without to reinstall this game though.
