It’s Thanksgiving Day!

Tiffi and Kimmy are up very early getting the turkey ready to place in the oven.  The guests are expected around 13:00 CET but Jenny and her uncle are coming a little earlier with all the desserts.  Red Rabbit will be arriving early too so that he can hang all his decorations.

Here comes Red Rabbit, right on time! 

“Hello girls,” he says.  “I wasn’t sure what to bring but here is a Thanksgiving sign, some banners and flowers.  I will go set these up now.”

A few minutes later, Jenny and Uncle Yeti show up with the desserts. 

Another knock on the door.  Who could it be this time?

“Hi guys,  we are so happy that you are all able to join us today,” Tiffi says.  “We have a lot to be thankful for today.  We have all our wonderful friends enjoying the day with us.   What more do we have to be thankful for?  Hey, has anyone heard from Dachs?  He wasn’t sure if he could make it.”

Yeti told her that Dachs stepped on a wad of bubblegum so he isn’t going to join them today.  Mr. Toffee is cutting the turkey while Tiffi and Kimmy put the rest of the food out on the table.   It’s time for them to enjoy the feast!

I don't think I got that Thanksgiving Nutcracker last year.  Sometimes I don't get all of these events.

There are no such things here in Germany. This is America stuff. Okay, Halloween came to us from America too. Only it is not so common. Then have fun with the rest.
