Let's Break the Ice: It's Question Time!

🐳 Hi! I hope everyone is doing well and staying warm and cozy. It is a cold winter where I live in the northern part of the US (Wisconsin). I thought it might be nice to get to know each other better while we are all spending a little more time indoors.

Many jobs or schools have "ice-breakers" on their first day. These are questions, riddles, games, or little tasks designed to get people talking to each other. You learn more about the people around you. You warm up to them. It breaks the ice! ❄️❤️❄️

I am going to post an ice-breaker every Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday. You can participate if you would like. Answer as much as you want. Just have fun. 

The only rules are: 1) please write in English, as this is the Community's rule; 2) you can talk about a question for as long as it is open but once a new one is posted, please move on and start answering the new question. This will hopefully keep us all on the same page. 🙂

I will break the ice with my big ol whaleness...🐳

I liked blocks, Legos, a toy horse on springs named Sugar. I slept with a mint colored teddy bear named Paswually (I think I had a cousin Pasquale). 

I hated baby dolls. I don't know why but I really did not enjoy playing with them or the way they looked. Barbies were not much better but I tolerated playing them at a friend's house. ❤️

Thank you for tagging me @wafercookieflippers back in the day when I was a kid there was no Barbie dolls or any other cute little girls dolls that all kids from nowadays has it, so I used to hate all the dolls specially the baby dolls, they kinda creeped me out and gave me nightmares sometimes 🤭

Yes @mysticalmysty!!! Baby dolls were not cute for me either. They scared me too. Thanks for responding. Good to know I'm not alone on the baby doll thing. 🙂

Hi @wafercookieflippers @mysticalmysty I hated dolls growing up always the Tom boy so cars were and still are my passion and music 🎶 of course.My mum trying to get me to wear a dress no way at all still love my puppies and books love reading crime novels

Thanks for the tag @wafercookieflippers. When I was little I had a cat pajama bag that I loved lots and lots but when I got a little older I had Barbie dolls (sorry to be the odd person out) which I liked a lot. Can’t think of any toy I particularly didn’t like. I also liked my bike and had fun riding around the neighborhood.

Hi @wafercookieflippers, thanks for the tag. I used to play with a cabbage patch doll with my friend, her father even made a bassinet for each of us and during winter we would drag them everywhere in a sleigh. My favourite though was a stuffed dog and their was a hole in the back to put your hand in like a puppet, they were called Wrinkles, I called mine Babear ( weird name for a dog). I had so much fun with it, I would hit my sisters with it and blame the dog🤣 ahh! Sweet memories 😁

When i was younger i did play with barbies and I would  cut their hair off LOL, so my mom stopped buying them for me do to my hair-cutting skills😃😂🤣😅. But mostly I  was an outdoors kiddo I liked being outdoors, I would usually ride my bike or would build forts with my friends!

@gr33n3y3z I would ride my bike Skateboard scooter  too and we had a special cave in the bush where we would go and plan i next big adventure for the day great memories 😊👍👋

Back in the day when I was a young whippersnapper, I enjoyed playing with my G.I.Joe figurines.. As I grew older, and with the latest and greatest coming out in the early 90's , *I decided to sell my collection of everything G.I.Joe.- with one goal in mind; purchasing the bright and shiny new 8bit wonder that is " The Nintendo Entertainment System".  So Sounds corny huh? Let's get to the good part..  Now, when I gathered all my figurines together, I was unaware that the person who had responded to the Classified Ad in the paper to buy them:
Was none other than my Grandparents. Although I was sad that I was bagging up all of my most beloved toys, I was excited to get the Nintendo. The day I got the Nintendo, my parents said I was going to my nannies (grandmother). When I arrived at my Nannies, I was greeted with hugs and love as usual. But, I felt something was up just from the grin on her face. From the living room, I heard my papaw say " Brandon, go down to the basement and get me and you a drink, and I think there is a bag down there for you"
When I got to the basement, right in front of the Pepsi's was a strange looking duffelbag. In that duffelbag was every piece of G.I.Joe anything that I had collected fot years..  Happy Holidays Everybody.  Tears are rolling down my face as I type this. Cherish the ones you love, because we aren't promised tomorrow. Thanks for the memories @wafercookieflippers. You made my evening..

Love this game, but what I don't understand is how come you have to pay to open up the piggy bank. You earn the starts that turn to gold bars and they are put into the bank then you have to pay to get them out? Why?

Good morning with cold wheather here 
When I am aware and can remember, besides me there is Hello Kitty doll. Until I was in love with her and collected several doll until now. 

And i really like Doaemon and his friends . what i dont like is Giant because he always interferes and distrub other. Every week I always waiting for Doraemon movie on the television .

I understand your view on the piggy bank subject @donnafinnell I understand that we earn the stars that turn into gold bars, but the developers went with this system to effectively monetize the players desire to move forward. I  have purchased this option several times, (hoping the capacity would increase in size) to my regret, every time it has stayed the same..  
On the other hand, the game was a free download. I don't mind forking over some hard earned shekels to KING. Some reciprocity would be nice every now and again from KING, for players that actually do purchase from them.

Favorite toy? Very difficult question as none of them really stood out. But possibly my first electric train set or slot car set.
