There is a gift available but when i try to open it, it gives me an error. Please see screenshots. I am also not able to log into my King account (I tried resetting my password)
I had to reinstall the app because it wasn’t connecting to my account (not able to save progress, make purchases, or receive special event prizes). I did receive the pilgrim costume just now after reinstalling.
Sorry for asking more questions.... you have opened the thread saying you have not received the "Pilgrim" costume! Is that issue resolved now?
And with regards to the "Count down timer", are you talking about the "Holiday event"? If so, is it working for you and are you able to play the levels?

What I need you to do is, take a screenshot of the "present that is laying in the side". Once, you post that, we will figure out the issue of "no connection"
