Thanks for tagging me @Spinnifix!  At the moment the method of uninstalling and reinstalling the game has worked for some, however, if you do this you will lose all boosters and lives since they are only saved on that device.

Can someone answer the question instead of posting screen shots?? I have lost more rewards and game play then I can possibly count. Everything else on my phone connects to internet EXCEPT candy crush games. I've tried uninstalling and installing resulting in all of game loss. This jelly queen is infuriating! 
How do I get the game connected to the internet?

 Uninstall and reinstall and update the game and clear the cache.

 Then it should work. Good luck

Deleting and reinstalling has worked for me on both my I.phone and I pad but it does keep happening so there is obviously some sort of glitch/problem. I also loose my bonuses but not my progress so will just keep playing but hope a solution is found soon.

Hello,I am playing on Apple version 13.3.1,my user id is 5705115447 and I first noticed the no connection issue a few days ago,my game versions are the newest available as they update automatically,I am attaching photos of the error message and what it shows in the game,the first photo is what it shows when I push the profile or orange king button,this happens on all of my candy crush games,not just soda,thanks
