I can’t connect my game to my iPhone 11

I just bought a new phone and all games can connect to my iPhone, but candy crush friend cant comedy it and make me start level one again.

Thank you so much and it is ok now.  Also I just found out under candy crush, I don’t have the Fun Event function on my new phone, only show it on my old phone, are you able to help me out?
