Lucy has to take a rest because it’s not easy to go through all the five steps. She is happy that she doesn’t have to do it often. But for her friend Rancid there is nothing but the best for him and his future bride-to-be!
She wants to place this beautiful pink diamond into a setting, but she needs a break.
“How about we go for a walk,” says Lucy. “I need a break because it’s not easy to create such a brilliant diamond from a rough stone. For you, it’s worth the work.”
It’s getting close to dinner time, so they make a quick stop at the store to pick up some sandwiches.
As they are going to the cash register, Lucy notices the paper product aisle is empty. That’s very strange! She has to ask the cashier if the store didn’t get in their supply of paper products.
Rancid insists that he is going to pay for the food because she went out of her way to help him. Lucy asks the cashier why the paper product aisle has so many empty shelves.
“Didn’t you hear about the Coronavirus?” questions the cashier. “I don’t know what’s going on but overnight there was a mad rush to pick up toilet paper. The store was so crowded with people pushing and shoving to make sure that they got at least one package.”
Lucy shakes her head. She just doesn’t get it. Why are they panicking over toilet paper? Rancid pays and they head back to her shop.
