Hello to all our new-BEE players. Have you met my daughter Kimmy? She hangs out in Soda World. I am so proud of my adoptive daughters, Tiffi and Kimmy. What’s that you say? Oh, I’m sorry to be talking about my girls. Let’s get down to business!
The support area is one of the most important areas in our community, if not the most important area. This is where you can post a message if you are having trouble playing the game. The community managers have set up an area for some of the most common questions that players ask about their game. I want to share this with you first.
• The Community Support area offers you tutorials on mobile, computer, Kindle/Amazon and general issues. Some of the messages that you can find here are: how to sync your game between Facebook and King, purchases, difficulty connecting to the game or your game crashing, losing boosters on your mobile device, etc. Please check out this area before posting a message in your game support area because it might have already been reported often enough so management can offer you a solution.
• If your issue is not showing up in this area, then you will want to access your game support area by clicking on this link: A list of Game support area. I am going to offer you a suggestion before posting your issue …. please use the search box located at the top of the support page and type in a few words about your issue. If you are having an issue, chances are that other players are too, so by doing a search you can find out what the other players say. You can then add your comments to that message. In addition to this, by doing a search and finding the topic, chances are that if enough players reported it then the issue was elevated to the studio. The community manager will post any feedback that they get from the studio in that particular message. If none of this applies to your issue, then please create a new message. Make sure to give it a good subject header and offer as much detail as you can. Sometimes it helps to add a print screen or a video that management can offer the studio on that particular issue.
