In the good old summertime

Tiffi is exhausted from the Friends’ Got Talent show but it was well worth all the time that she put into it. She never realized that so many of her friends had such talent.  

Strolling through a shady lane

With your baby mine

You hold her hand and she holds yours

And that's a very good sign

That she's your tootsey-wootsey

In the good, old summertime………..

 

She has YouTube on and she is enjoying the song about summertime. She listens to it a couple of times and then starts singing.

 

Oh, to swim in the pool

You'd play hooky from school

Good old summertime

You'd play "ring-a-rosie"

With Jim, Kate and Josie

Good old summertime

Those days full of pleasure

We now fondly treasure

When we never…

 

This song reminds her about the summers that she spent with Kimmy. Those were the days and she wishes they were back again.  

“Well why can’t they be?” Tiffi thinks. “It’s halfway through the summer and most of the time was spent on getting the talent show together. But that’s now over so now it’s time to play!” 

She makes some phone calls to her friends to find out who would like to go to the beach on Friday.
