Rancid leaves the Cotton Kingdom

On the way out of the Cotton Kingdom, he meets up with Liquorice Larry who gives him some good advice.

“Have you heard about this cute raccoon called Rachel who has just moved to Candy Town?” says Liquorice Larry. “Rancid, you need to head on over there to meet her. I think the two of you would make an adorable couple.” 

What a great idea! He arrives in the Candy Kingdom and meets the love of his life, Rachel.  He falls madly in love with her. If you would like to read what happens when he meets up with Rachel, you can read the story here. 

You wouldn’t believe how much a raccoon can change when he falls in love. His old bad habits are now gone! As a matter of fact, he is so in love with her that he gets her an engagement ring and proposes to her. Alas! Rachel turns down his proposal. She tells him that It’s too soon for her to say yes. She needs more time to get to know him, especially since he’s trying so hard to change. The two of them move in together and enjoy each other’s company.
