Rancid meets up with Yeti at the park. Yeti is on his tablet googling for ideas.
“Hi Chewy, how are you doing today?” asks Yeti. “Rancid and I are going to discuss the wedding plans. Care to join us?”
Chewy is off to help some players so he tells them that maybe if they are still there on the way back he’ll spend some time with them.
“Where do we begin?” asks Rancid.
Yeti has it all under control. He shows Rancid a list of things that they can do for a bachelor’s party.
‘TAKE A HIKE - A hike is a way to get a large group together outdoors without worrying about cost. Many trails are free and manageable, regardless of the group's overall skill level. Use the money saved for a casual dinner and a round of refreshing drinks afterward to celebrate the groom.
HOST A COOKOUT - Regardless whether the groom eats meat, nothing says "male bonding" quite like a night in the backyard with food on the grill and a cooler stocked with favorite beers. Crack open a cold one and revel in a laid-back night with good friends and good food.
HIT A VIDEO ARCADE - The groom might be on the verge of an important life transition, but that doesn't mean he wouldn't appreciate revisiting video games from his youth. Bring a few friends and let him loose in a video arcade. Look for one that will let you play like kids but drink like adults.
TRY AN ESCAPE ROOM - Escape rooms are physical adventure games that require participants to solve a series of puzzles to escape a locked room. Trendy as team-building exercises, they're also an awesome way to spend an hour with the groom and his best buds. Tickets often cost less than $30 each. Some places may offer group rates or discounts on daily deal sites.
PLAY PAINTBALL - Many paintball venues offer package pricing for groups, which includes equipment, ammo, and a place to play for an afternoon. Don't forget to check Groupon and other daily deal sites for promotions.
GO TO A COMEDY CLUB - Tickets to a comedy club typically are reasonably priced, making this an ideal setting for a bargain bachelor party. An open-mic night could be an amazing outlet for someone in the group (or even the groom himself).’ (Source)
“What would you like to do?” Yeti asks.
Just then Chewy comes back to join them. He looks at the list.
“Hey, hey we don’t need to go to a comedy club,” says Chewy. “Remember I’m the stand-up comedian of our group so I could tell you jokes any time. I like the idea of a cookout and I can volunteer to help cook the food or what about doing a paintball thing? That would be totally cool!”
Yeti discusses the tuxedo rentals next. Rancid tells him that he will contact all his ushers and arrange a time to meet. He will also find out about the paintball idea because that sounds really neat. Maybe they can combine a cookout and then do the paintball!
“I can’t think of everything else that needs to be done,” says Yeti.
Neither can the Rancid and Chewy. Rancid tells both of them that he will call the rest of the guys and get back to them with regards to the tuxedos.
