Game keeps shutting down

After I am done watching an ad for extra moves, instead of going back to the level the game shuts down & restarts. Hammers & other items I purchased with the gold show up as being used. This has happened several times on level 1439. I purchased 3 hammers for 19 gold, watched the entire ad for extra moves & the game restarts each times. I have cleared cache, force stopped, tried using only WiFi &/ mobile data. How do I get my items back & keep the game from restarting?

@kjqualley Hi and welcome, Can you tell me what game this is for and what device you are playing on and also do you know what ads this is happening on or is it all of them and will see if can get some information on this.

Video ads is a test feature so can have some problems from time to time, but hopefully they get resolved .

If you purchased something and this error caused you to lose them you will need to contact customer support regarding this. It is best to do it from your game. just go to settings - help center and send them an email
