Im trying to find your team but no luck so far :( I used upper and lowercase letters in a lot of combinations.
Im wondering if we are playing the same game. This is the one Im playing

Hi Veeken, it takes takes a lot of trying to find our team. I stopped counting at 30 tries and I tried many more after that. I typed in different variations of play and win but a team called cow and goat kept coming up.🤔😂
Did you try different variations like; play and, play win, and win. I started a team years ago when I began playing and somehow put 2 spaces instead of one after a word. It didn't come up with one space but did with two. Try two spaces between before or after and. It's worth a try.
I commented here about still having problems finding it and on my next try after posting it came up.🤭

Hi Kerrie, last night I tried a lot of times to find the team pfffff, but no success. I had to give my finger some rest because of tapping the magnifying glass so many times. I will try your suggestion of using two spaces. I hope I get lucky this time :)

@Kerrie, what a stupid search system. I typed in the word win and also get teams with silly names without the word win in it?! How many teams are there in CCF? I think I have seen them all (some several times) except for Play and Win. So annoying.

I don't understand it either. Have you tried signing out/in? I don't have any technical knowledge, I'm just thinking of things to try.🤷

@Kerrie, that was 1 of the first things I did after the first time searching. Im also not good at technique, a real nitwit. But switching off and on is something I know how to do :) Whats so difficult about typing in 'Play and Win' and see the team. Why has it be so hard to find you? Im giving up because it seems impossible to find your team. CCF makes finding a team a game in a game.

Guys, I'm begging you.
Please, someone who speaks fluent English, create a topic in the Support section or in the Discussions section. Please describe in a language understandable for moderators, admins and the Studio about our problem. Let's try together to persistently convey information to the Studio and get an answer.
I understand that the chances are small, but we can all unite together and try to make our problem known. Because for every player, finding our team is an unbearable quest. (I think this may not be only our team's problem.) Maybe this time the Studio will notice us and decide to help us and many other players.

But I have an idea. King also has a Dutch helpdesk (Im from The Netherlands). Shall I also send a message to them about not been able to find your team?

Hey guys, a support request doesn't really make sense, it lands with me and I don't know English either (I use a translator).
Have you ever tried the version "and win" when searching?
I know it can be difficult. That's why my team has a number first and can always be found. However, my team is no longer super active and has only 10 deliveries in one episode (from Friday 9 am European time to 9 days later on Monday 9 am). It's called 1forDachs. You can test it without joining. Just to see if it shows up on search rather than "and win".
