What is an Online Memory Book?

Tiffi is getting so confused with all these different types of books and then she finds an article that suggests an online memory book.  She might as well read this article too!

For example, a lot of parents make baby scrapbooks for their newborns, which are filled with keepsakes like baby photos, or a print out of the sonogram of their baby.
