I play in PC, and the event does not apper, in all my history in this game only 4 events have appeared

dash the postman, olivia, tiffi turkey and the underwater race, I do not know what's happening

This contest was extremely difficult to obtain Tiffi outfit. For one thing this character was no help. I am so glad I was stingy with my boosters. Her new outfit was not worth all the hoopla.
