It's an issue that you two are experiencing, @maf34100 and @MollyS . Can you please share some information about your device with us? Make and model, version of the OS (Android9, iOS 6, etc) and also the version of the app you're using, that would be enough.

From your start menu, you can right click on the app and should be able to find more info there @maf34100

@maf34100 you're playing on a laptop under Win10/Win11, right?

Then you can go to the Microsoft store and find the library on the left. When you click dor, you'll see your installed apps. Find the CCFS app and click on it. Scroll down a bit and you'll find the version. Here are the screenshots (in my language):
