Thank you for taking the time to answer. I really do appreciate that. Unfortunately it doesn't change anything for me. My friend's list is completely different then my Dach's list. I never ever get lives but I send them everyday so it's beyond frustrating. I do realize that how lives work with CCFS is different then other King games, but when you only get 5 lives, and getting additional lives is near impossible, then what's the point? This is already a difficult game so losing and going through all 5 lives in about 10 minutes is commonplace. And here we are in 2025 and not a single thing has changed. Honestly, I would like to know why they think it's a great idea not to correct or change this? What is their reasoning behind this, please? I have not received a single life in over a year. Do we need to complain to customer service? Will they start getting the message then? I'm not trying to be snarky but come on.
