Rachel Event Vanishes after App Update- Under Investigation

I play on my iPhone. I tried turning the Wi-Fi off and playing with my phone data still nothing.

Also offloaded the app and reinstalled it, still no events,

All my events have disappeared on my iPhone 13 pro max. I haven't checked my iPad this morning. My game has the most recent version 1.77.2. Below is my user ID #.

Windows 10 has the events which is strange because it's usually the opposite with Windows 10 not having it and mobile having it.

@BQN537 @BubbleGumSoda I now have several reports that many other players have also disappeared the events after the update.

So that my report to the studio is as concrete as possible, I ask you to:

- Device specification (for example Samsung A22, Android 11.01, Laptop HP Win 11 Home)

- Version of the app you are currently seeing (for example: Mobile 1.77.2.0, Win11 1.77.2.0)

- Player ID

Maybe the studio can then make a faster analsye. For me, everything is still fine after the update. Therefore, I will provide my data as a comparison variant.

I just downloaded the latest update, in doing so I have lost Dachs delivery service & Rachel event I have tried all the troubleshooting ideas and nothing works.User Id: 1060851211 I was 9 stars in at the star catcher stage very unhappy. I have the app on Windows 10 desktop pc

@DieOmimi both my events have disappeared from both my iPad and iPhone. The app version I have is 1.77.2.

Since my original comment started this whole thread, I'd like to join the report as well.

Device: Samsung Galaxy S8

Thank you for pursuing this on behalf of all of us. Even if I never get to acquire Rachel, hopefully some good will come of the report for everyone. (For the record, I'm now at a minimum of 10 full cache clear/force stop/power down and wait before powering up cycles. I also tried installing CCFS on my Windows 10 machine, which did not help. I am missing Rachel's Star Chaser after completing all 10 of her event levels, which also vanished for a while but randomly reappeared days later).
