I too have the same problem. After the update I lost all special events including Rachel, Dachs and sweet streak. I notice a trend that most players use Apple devices. I have an iPhone 12 Max and a mini iPad 6 (which is what I primarily play on).

Its really a shame since I missed out on several days of Dachs Delivery service and couldn’t help my team. 😔
Hello everyone, we are in contact with the studio and it seems as if for a quick solution the game has to be reinstalled on your devices. Since you lose all boosters as a result, I ask you to refrain from doing so.
Our CM is in contact with the studio and they are working on an option to help you. But we don't know how long it will take. I can therefore only ask you for patience. Our CM will inform us all as soon as there is a satisfactory solution. Thank you very much.
@BubbleGumSoda that was the solution proposed by the studio. Good thing your events have come back.
However, we know that many of our players received some lollipops of various kinds during the last Dachs deliveries and saved them on their devices. Since these are all irretrievably deleted during a new installation, we asked the studio for another option. This is currently being worked on.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I hope we will soon get a satisfactory solution.
@DieOmimi you can also tell them that it's very strange that I have 3 mobile devices (iPhone and 2 iPads) and I'm missing the events on the iPhone and only one of the two iPads. I definitely cannot uninstall the game because I would lose too many boosters. So if they can't find a fix I'll just use the one iPad that has the events.
