Why don't I ever receive lives from "friends"?

I give lives every time I see someone ask but I have NEVER received any when I ask. Not even one 😐

It's similar with me in the game. I always send life, even if I am not asked. When I open my game, the first thing I do is go to the icon at the top left (the heart) and send life.

A friend does the same and from her I get a life from time to time. Unfortunately not from the others.

Thank you so much, I also send lives when I'm not asked. In regular candy crush saga I get them all the time because it gives you the option at the beginning of each level to send lives, that could be a solution?

I agree that it would be a nice option to send lives to friends when you open the CCFS app.

Unfortunately, the functionality for sending and receiving lives in Candy Crush Friends Saga is not very robust at this time. To get more attention on this issue, I created an IDEA regarding this functionality HERE. I would appreciate your vote for the idea if you agree with it.
