Problem Saving Progress

I somehow got logged-out of my account & every time I try to (re)lot-in all I get is an error message. This needs to be fixed/resolved promptly as I will NOT be playing the game (again( unless/until I am PROMPTLY logged-in & my progress is being saved!

    Thank you for bringing this issue to your attention.

    We noticed it a few days ago and reported it to the studio. We are waiting for a fix. 

    As a rule, players are affected who save the progress in the game via Facebook.     That doesn’t help me. I looked at that link but got absolutely nothing useful out of it. Therefore, you have not given me anything to reassure me I don’t have anything to worry about. As I had clearly stated before, I will NOT be playing the game (again) until it is fixed/resolved. Do you honestly want to loose a player over something like this? Please don’t waste my time with something that doesn’t help me….

    Hi @JustSerfin !

    As @DieOmimi said, there was a technical issue that blocked players from logging into their Facebook accounts. That issue was solved yesterday, and restarting the app should be enough.

    If it's not the case for you, it means you are experiencing another error. Please try out these few steps to get back on track 😊

    Well, (now) it SAYS my progress is being saved but where is it pic (which WAS there before)? If it is truly linked to my Facebook why isn’t my Facebook pic displayed just like it was previously as well as EVERY SINGLE other game I play through Facebook? When is that going to be fixed? Because if it doesn’t match my Facebook data how can you honestly tell me it’s linked when it doesn’t match up?

    @Lola_Pop, I don't know if @JustSerfin'a problem is related to another one I see. It might be worth sharing with the Technical Team that the King logo is missing from the launch button on my Android mobile device. As you can see from the screenshot below, I can launch the King community app from the black image, but the logo has been missing for many days. Could these problems be related? I don't have a Facebook account.

    Hmmm, sorry you are having so much trouble. The moderators here are experts and know the best as to how to help you... Have you tried signing in on another device to see if that works?

    I don't play on another device, I only play on my iPad. I hate it when people give me that crap....
