Lost all my characters on candy crush friends
Hoping someone can help me, i recently joined facebook and saved my progress on facebook but have noticed i have lost most of my scrapbook characters that i have collected. I am up to level 1192 and now can not go any further because i dont have those characters to play that level. How do i get them back?

I just read your other post from this morning. In that, you wrote that you have deleted and reinstalled your game!!
Did you reinstall your game because your characters were lost OR they are gone after reinstalling? Can you please clarify?

I'm still able to access level 1112 that I was up to , but now I no longer have the characters to play that level . My player ID is 11061272194 . Hopefully I can get the characters back in my scrapbook and keep playing.
