Hi, Am currently on level 1249 and have not gotten any stickers yet for new costumes. Is there stickers yet to be collected? Or do I have to wait for special events to get them? These are what I have in the scrapbook.
@bltownse I'm sorry I still don't have a solution. I asked again last week but unfortunately didn't get a response from the studio. Rest assured that I will not forget you. I would find it a great pity if you no longer like our beautiful game because of this error. Please be patient. 🙏
Still no resolution? I think I'm about done with candy crush friends.
@BubbleGumSoda, I think I know why it says I have 4 unlocked because I haven't unlocked all the characters yet. I have not unlocked Jelly Queen, Rachel, BubbleGum Troll, and Olivia which connects to the 4 locked icons at the bottom.
@Solarwave, the system has merged some similar requests for costumes. Unfortunately, your discussion also got involved. Maybe you can ignore the taggings. I know you're not affected by the mistakes in the Christmas calendar.
hi @Solarwave sorry I wasn’t referencing to your question but for the coustumes you basically unlocked all general coustumes I don’t know why it’s saying you got more coustumes to unlock maybe it’s a temporary glitch but for now let’s wait for new events to come.
@DieOmimi. Am confused, I wrote this question in January and people are answering the question but it says they wrote it in December. All of the comments aren't related to the question I asked. Is this a glitch with the website? Or, is it just me?
Hello, no sorry. I asked this question because I got 3 of the costumes in the holiday event... Sadly, not Rachel's costume(not because of the glitch), and I was wondering what costumes I have not discovered yet since I've been opening gifts like crazy and have not gotten stickers for a costume for any character that I own(I am not talking about the holiday ones, but any costume in general) So, do you know any costumes that am at least close to getting with the now passes level that am at? Or, do I need to wait for events to get more costumes?
I hoped that made sense. ( Btw, am at level 1294).

now that the holiday calendar is over and the craziness glitch stop do you got any news about the coustume and I think this won’t happen again because I got a new phone (from the holidays).
@bltownse We have contacted the studio and are waiting for an answer. Please be patient. A solution is in the works. We haven't forgotten.
Just checking in again. No holiday Tiffi and now the stickers that I had are not showing up at all
Hi, am not technically talking about them. Am talking costumes regardless altogether. I wasn't able to get Rachel's Christmas costume because I never completed the week. This was helpful anyways. Thank you.
@Solarwave you have all the standard costumes and also some special ones of events. There is currently no event available. That's why you don't currently get stickers from the daily reward or while playing.
However, events are planned to collect new costumes. We will inform you about it in the community. Keep your eyes open.
Hi @Solarwave! If you are referring to the Christmas Costumes, they were part of a special event during the Holidays....however, not everyone had access to it and even some of those people had issues and weren't able to get the costumes (me being one of them)...a lot of the costumes are rewarded during special events, so be on the lookout and make sure to play every day of the event in order to collect all of the stickers for the costume.

@bltownse @laley please be patient. The event is over and there are still holidays. The colleagues from the studio will not be back in the office until the new year.
I have not forgotten you and your problem. But I have to wait until my contact persons are available again.
I hope to get a solution from the studio next week.

@DieOmimi Since the event is now over I reached out to customer support but they are still telling me that there is nothing they can do about getting me the costumes.....can you help? 🙏

I have many issues with the app and am considering quitting the game
I didn't get any of the costumes either.I tried EVERYTHING, cleared my cache, deleted the game, and reinstalled it, I have plenty of memory on my phone, I logged out and logged back in....nothing worked 😪
I also reached out to customer service several times but no one was able to help 😪
I even posted here to see if someone could help....all to no avail 😪
I know of a few other people having similar issues, it seems like the events this holiday season have a lot of problems 😪
I understand. Just to follow up, the event ended today. I beat each one of the event levels and was still 50 points shy of getting Tiffi.

I asked this question before but it somehow disappeared. The last update took away some of the characters voice when they reach the meter to activate a power up. Is this something that will be permanent? I'm one of the weird ones who like the way some characters sound when their power is activated. Can this be fixed?
