okay this hard because are levels daily's for 27 days, and I have afraid because I don't know when I will lose a level but it's worth it for a new olivia's costume no?

Nope, the update info is a lie. I can watch many ads of some merging s*** or evony the s***, but the event never appears.

Question - this talks about a new costume for Olivia, but I don't have her in my scrapbook at all yet. Does this mean that I'll get her in my scrapbook as well, assuming that I complete the event?

You won't get normal olivia, just the costume @sharkeymw
