Losing boosters when switch to new device

Question

I bought a new phone and it bothers me immensly that I'm losing over 280 boosts because I'm switching to a better device, to keep playing this game...Why are players punished for upgrading their devices???

Hello @chowdah1967 and Welcome to our Friendtastic community.

Here is some information that may help.

*  Boosters are stored on your local device and therefore do not transfer to a new device.  However, if you still have the old device, you can continue to play CCFS on that device until you have used up all of your boosters.
* Unlike boosters, gold bars are stored in your private account on King servers.  Consequently, as long as you have synced your progress on King.com, your gold bars will appear on your new device.  You will still see them on your old device, but they are the same gold bars (not double).  
* Your progress in the game is recorded in your private account on King, so you should be at the same level on your new device as you were on your old device.
