I can't remember right now which of the moderators in which specific sub-forum of the Community once told how information is transmitted to the Studio.
Sub-forum moderators collect claims and wishes of players from the Community and form lists. Only once a week these lists are transferred to the Studio. Before these lists are sent to the Studio, someone corrects them, and some of the problems and questions do not reach the Studio. I asked about who corrects these lists of problems. But I didn't get an answer to my question.
At first MountainMom couldn't understand our problem, but she promised not to forget about this problem on Monday. Today DieOmimi does not understand our problem.
When will information about our problem reach the Studio? I don't know. I think that this will happen within a week (when the next lists are formed) or never.))))
Hi @ElenaVorona. It may.well be because we are the only two team leaders who are complaining about the detrimental change that nothing is being done. I think we take more interest in our teams and won't tolerate players who don't contribute, whereas some other team leaders may never even care whether everyone is contributing.
I belong to an awesome team, but, as some longstanding players have lost Dachs' Deliveries in their game, it's impossible for them to contribute - and, without PMs, there's no real way for us to find out.
@DieOmimi posted a screenshot, but I should like to know how anyone can report players for their language or spam if there is no chat facility or PM where they can post such things 🤔

We can but hope that they will listen to us. I had wanted to make changes to my team before this Dachs' Deliveries, but was unable to do so, because we can't.
Perhaps @MountainMom or @DieOmimi will now understand the problem and pass on the information. It's not simply a suggestion - it's something King has messed up.
I'm fast getting frustrated with the way King keeps changing things - as the saying goes: Don't mend what's not broken!
Hi @ElenaVorona, @CassD, @Pitty_Kitty, @teeweiping and @Kerrie! Thank you all for reporting this missing feature. Rest assured I've reported this bug to the Studio. Hopefully, it will be fixed shortly!

But I think that the problem will not be solved quickly.
In my experience, Studio CCFS usually says that they see everything, they hear everything, they try to do everything well.
But usually the solution to the problem stretches for many months, or for several years. Or the problem is never solved.
