Same issue here, no new levels on Windows 10 since a month, stuck on 6420. Luckily I can go on from my iPhone, but it would be nice if the problem was solved...

Hello, +1 for the Windows 11 issue, no updates available in the store and no levels beyond 6420. Others in my Dachs' delivery service team are shown to be on 6480 as of today.
Looks like this issue has been ongoing for weeks now with no solution.

@Snow_Rider Where are they? They are not in my game .

I have a question, How am I supposed to be able to play the Bubblegum Troll Challenge when I cannot advance on the map because I have no new levels? I cannot get any Bubblegum Troll levels to play. This is not fair to me or my team members, also @DieOmimi how am I supposed to participate in your treasure chest challenge when I cannot get a treasure chest or Dack's to unlock it, again because I have no new levels. Can this please be fixed!

@istuff, I'm really sorry that you can't play at the moment and therefore can't progress in various challenges. 😥
The bug is being worked on by the studio as a matter of priority, and in the meantime players have reported on the same topic on another platform. Our community manager @Snow_Rider is in constant contact with the studio and will give an update today.

@DieOmimi it's a shame that only now the make it a priority, after almost two months with no new levels available. There has been plenty of evidence posted here and it's really terrible the way it has just been brushed off and ignored. @Boybinary @Jody_Cheng_
I hope that the question asked by myself and @istuff will also be addressed soon... how will they compensate the players that have been disadvantaged by this problem?

Hi all @MollyS, @istuff, @Jody_Cheng_, @ellectra, @keyserskelter, @Boybinary! My apologies for not getting back to you earlier. After a thorough investigation and a few attempts, the Studio made some tweaks. From now on, you should be able to see new levels. Please let me know if they are visible from your end.

@Snow_Rider thanks for your response, I’ll check it on thursday with new levels, because I’ve already reached 6480 lvl on my iOS device 😉
