Did not receive Pilgrim costume

There is a gift available but when i try to open it, it gives me an error. Please see screenshots. I am also not able to log into my King account (I tried resetting my password)

    I had to reinstall the app because it wasn’t connecting to my account (not able to save progress, make purchases, or receive special event prizes). I did receive the pilgrim costume just now after reinstalling.

    not a mistake in the game no ... but with internet connection from what I'm seeing ..
    try turning off the internet and restarting the device, then turn on the internet and join the game

    Thank you, I tried this twice but no success. Internet is working fine on this device as well as others.

    If you don't mind, I would like clarify few things...

    1) Are you playing on 2 devices or just a single device?

    2) Are you connected to the game through Facebook OR just Kingdom or both accounts?

    Sorry for asking more questions....  you have opened the thread saying you have not received the "Pilgrim" costume!  Is that issue resolved now?  

    And with regards to the "Count down timer", are you talking about the "Holiday event"?  If so, is it working for you and are you able to play the levels? 

    OR are you asking if you will receive the event?  If you are asking where you will get the event or not, please provide your game user ID number with the help of this link https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/247378/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it

    No, I have still not received the Pilgrim costume. I am not able to open the present on the side - I get the error shown in the screenshot. My game user ID is 9998088247

    I have passed on your ID number to the team to check into your game.  They will be able to help you with the Pilgrim costume.  

    Can you do me another favor... I know you must be getting very frustrated by now... I keep on asking questions, but the problem still remains!!  

    What I need you to do is, take a screenshot of the "present that is laying in the side".  Once, you post that, we will figure out the issue of "no connection" :+1:
