    On Candy Crush Soda we have similar reports and we're currently investigating this issue but so far, we're missing a lot of information as nobody is providing the following details:


    If you're having internet issues on your mobile device, please comment below with these details as we are currently collect as much information as possible to be able to help you out.

    - Which device are you playing? Android, Apple, Kindle?

    - When did this start to happen?

    - Which game app version do you have installed? How to find App version on Apple - How to find App version on Android

    We have been testing this ourselves however, we haven't been able to reproduce the issue so we need these details so we can investigate further.

    @amenox, thank you so much for providing these details πŸ™Œ

    Have you by any chance tried reinstalling the game app? 

    It usually fixes most issues (please note that any progress on the mobile device that has not been synchronized with Facebook/King account at this stage will be lost.

    However, all the progress that is currently saved on Facebook/King account can easily be retrieved, once you have reconnected the device successfully). 

    Regrettably, you will lose any saved boosters and messages. I would recommend using these up before re-installing, if possible.

    In order to reinstall the game app:
    1. Open Settings.
    2. Click on Apps.
    3. Click on Apps & features.
    4. Select the app with the problem.
    5. Click the Uninstall button.
    To install the game app back, go to the Store, search for the game and install it.

    I am  playing android device.  It has been going on for about 3 months now. I do have a connection it has been on all the time.  This is ridiculous i have been playing this game for a long time I am on the verge of deleting it because I am so tired of this crap.
