My friends are showing me that they are sending me lives, but I’m not receiving them. I’ve signed out and I actually just updated the game last week. I’m always good at doing updated, but this has been a problem for me since I started playing and now I’m getting very frustrated. Thank you for the help 😊

I have escalated the issue about not receiving lives and your ID number to our Friends Community In-charge. They will be investigating further about it. Once I have any update from them, I will get back to you.
Until then, please do make sure that you have enough storage space on your device memory (minimum 2 GB is required); App is up to date.... most of all, enjoy the game 🙂

Can you please clarify in which game you are having this issue? And, are you logged into the game through Facebook OR Kingdom account?

Few more questions, if you don't mind please....
1) From how long has this issue been going on? In the opening post, you said "from the time you starting playing the game"!! So, has been like that even since?
Did you not receive even a single life from any of your friends? Or did the issue got better in between, and now it started again? How long ago did you start to play the game?
2) Did you check the "Internet Connection"? Is is ONLY lives, that you are having problem in the game? Are all other aspects working fine -- the Candy Store, buying extra moves, daily bonus, extra events, etc.,
3) Can you please provide me your game ID number? If you do not know how to look for it, here are the steps ---> If you are on "Home" screen, you can directly click on "Profile" tab -- if you are inside the game (on Map screen), click on the "Settings" (Cog Wheel icon) -- then click on "Profile" tab -- Double Click on the "King Emblem" that you see on top of the screen -- You will see your ID number -- simply copy and paste it here 🙂
4) One last thing.... Do you remember if you have a King account too? If so, can you please check if you are logged into the game through that account too? (Please let me know if you need help on how to find that).

NOTE: Unless until suggested/advised by one of the Community Managers, please do not delete your game App -- it will not do any good, but delete all your saved up lollipops. And they will not be reimbursed by the King Support team, if you have earned them through Daily Bonus stickers or special events!
when I started playing I was getting g lives then all of a sudden they stopped so I would ask my fiancé and friends to send me lives and they did right in front of me and nothing for days and it’s been this way for a while then I would get a straggler from one friend on FB every now and again but very far and few between. I haven’t gotten any in a long time. I maybe started playing 2 years ago.

I have always played through FB so I’m pretty sure they don’t have a kind account.

Until I get back to you, please follow one tip -- make sure to clear cache as frequently as possible and update the game to the latest available version. These both also help with many aspects of the game.
